I show my UnBox, assembly, first use of this trackball mouse - the "EndGame Trackball" of "efog" - Artem's design, engineering, and execution. It is a fantastic mouse. Everything works as designed. The twist to scroll, the pointer, the polling can all be adjusted from default key mappings. All info on this mouse can be seen here:

I'd say it is unlikely he will mass produce these, so only available for a limited time.
If you're not really into trackballs, I'd leave these alone for true aficionados to savor and go buy yourself the new Kensington TB800 trackball or the new Elecom Huge trackball instead.
