Platinum's Chou Kuro: The Blackest Ink of All

Platinum put out a pigment black is that is the "blackest" of all the black inks. I compare it to Platinum's Carbon Black, which held the title before, and show some really scary pictures of ink. EDIT: I think deionized water is the safest to use. I used distilled water and it worked fine. It's a lot cheaper.
