Two-view chest x-ray series demonstrates a right-sided aortic arch. Frontal view (A) shows a right-sided aortic arch ( white arrow ), a mild impression upon the right side of the lower trachea (black arrowheads) , and mild deviation of the lower trachea to the left; these tracheal findings confirm the presence of a right-sided aortic arch.
