Coach Bronco Mendenhall is passionate about two things: horses and college football. His unique method of incorporating his love for horses into his recruiting process during his time as Head Coach at the University of Virginia is not only a great story, but also results in great young men.

In this short mini-documentary, Coach Bronco explains how he developed his creative approach of using horses, land, and hard work to evaluate and challenge every recruit who steps on his field. No athlete has earned a chance to play for Coach Bronco as a Virginia Cavalier without first saddling up on one of his horses.
