If you’re familiar with the Harlan Kentucky skyline, you probably will know this building.
These elevators are pretty crappy. The Thyssen-impulse was nicer than the modded Dover, but the door clunked really loudly, and it smelled really weird in the elevator. The door on the phone box was also super rusty. How does a door get that rusty? also, the modded Dover was the pinnacle of slap on modding. I think I could have done a better job myself. This was a super sketchy apartment building, the missing ceiling tiles really creeped me out. Also, I was completely expecting traction elevators. These really are very tall hydraulic elevators.
