"Hacks" is now streaming on HBO Max. Jean Smart plays a veteran stand up comic with a Las Vegas residency who is in peril of losing her job if she doesn't freshen up her act. Enter Eva, a 25 year old Gen Z stand up comic who has recently been cancelled over a tweet. The two woman create a bond and the laughs ensue. The show had me laughing from episode 1, really clever witty writing and I would expect nothing less from the creators of "Broad City". Highly watchable and can't wait for the next episodes Thursday nights.
