Ingredients :
Sago - 75 gms
Soak in curd for 1 hour
Add to jar
Ginger - 2 inch
Green chili - 7-8
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves - 2 strings
Coriander Leaves - Few
Onion - 1/4 th of it
Grind it on pulse
Add ground paste
Coriander leaves - few
Onion - 3/4 th of it
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Rice flour - 75 gms
Mix everything will as shown
Hot oil - 2-3 tsp
Mix well
Heat oil - Add required
Do as shown
Fry till light brown color
Flip and fry
Repeat the same
