Professor of Archaeology and Chair of SFU's First Nations Studies, Eldon Yellowhorn documents his team's fieldwork on the Piikani First Nations in Brocket, AB.

Returning to the reserve where he grew up, Yellowhorn interviews members of the Piikani community. Yellowhorn and graduate student researchers, Sandie Dielissen, Simon Solomon, and Kristina Hannis, Yellowhorn discuss their findings on several sites, including the Queen Victoria Jubilee Home for Indian Children (a residential school), a cabin on the Yellowhorn homestead, and the Piikani Timber Limit located in the Porcupine Hills.
