Ingredients:
for milk bread
Milk -175 ml, 0.75 cup, 6 oz
Egg- 1, 55g
Sugar – 25g, 0.9 oz, 2 tbsp
Instant dry Yeast – 1.5 tsp, 4.5 g
Bread flour- 300g, 10.6 oz, 2.5 cup
Salt- ½ tsp, 3g
Milk powder- 30g, 1.oz, 2 tbsp
Egg wash (1 egg yolk + 2 tbsp milk)
for garlic butter
Eggs – 2, 110g
Melted butter- 100g, 0.45 cup, 3.5 oz
Garlic cloves 5-6
Condensed milk- 30g, 2 tbsp
Garlic powder- 1 tsp, 4g
Chili flakes- 1 tbsp
Dried parsley- 1 tbsp
Salt – ½ tsp, 3 g
for cream cheese
Cream cheese- 250g, 9 oz
Cream – 30 ml, 2 tbsp
Icing sugar- 1.5 tbsp, 15g
Salt – a pinch
Potato chips- for garnish

method:
1-Mix together milk, egg, sugar, and yeast. Set aside while preparing the dry ingredients.
2-Sift flour with salt and milk powder.
3-combine wet and dry ingredients until a sticky dough forms.
4-Cover and let the dough rest to absorb the liquid.
5-Perform the stretch-and-fold method, resting in between. Repeat three times until the dough becomes smooth and elastic.
6-Divide and shape the dough into a loaf or rolls. Place in a greased pan, cover, and let rise until doubled in size.
7-Brush with egg wash and bake until golden.
8-Meanwhile, prepare a garlic butter mixture and a smooth cream cheese filling.
9-Once bread is baked, let it cool slightly, then slice carefully without cutting all the way through.
10-Pipe the cream cheese filling into the slits, then coat the bread generously with garlic butter, making sure it soaks into every cut and surface.
11-Leave it to absorb the flavors, add optional crushed chips on top, and bake again briefly until glossy and fragrant.
