Steps Involved
1. Problem statement - To Analyse sentimental analytics and create an interactive dashboard to analyse British airways reviews on the portal https://lnkd.in/dCPkS-NU

2. Tools Used - Sheets , Looker Studio, Kaggle, ChatGPT
Steps
a. Analyse webpage to understand TAgs associated with text using inspect element on chrome
b. Collect all the container tags and mention in GPT to create a python script to download all relevant data under proper labels in a CSV
c. Create iPynb notebook in kaggle and running the command to download the data in csv
d. Used a trained model to create a sentimental anaysis on the downloaded sheet reference to get sentimental score and machine generated Summary on positive , negative and neutral outcomes as a new label.
e.Uploading the sheet to looker studio for cross filtring multiple dashboards
f. 3 pages of dataviz which included all kinds of connected visulatizations
g.Using word cloud to understand the frquency of words in full comments using - https://lnkd.in/dKKEx3Yr

h .Submitting all the findings on the Forage Portal on a ppt and folder containing asscoiated ipynb notebooks and sheets.
