How to Run Effective Leadership Meetings 🚀 | Adult Day Care Entrepreneur

Описание к видео How to Run Effective Leadership Meetings 🚀 | Adult Day Care Entrepreneur

In this video, I'm going to let you in on a little secret about how we run our leadership meetings. We used to struggle with effective leadership meetings, but we discovered a game-changing system called EOS (Entrepreneur Operating System) and implemented it in April 2023.

Our weekly leadership meetings follow a structured format known as an L10 meeting. We start by sharing something positive in both our personal and business life to set the right tone for the meeting.

Then, we discuss our "rocks," which are larger long-term projects that need more time to complete.

Next, we dive into metrics, where each team member is held accountable for their assigned metrics that help move the company forward.

Also, we have a section for announcements and issues, where we address important company updates and actually tackle problems with actionable takeaways.

The beauty of this system is that it keeps everyone aligned, productive, and accountable. Plus, we rotate meeting leadership to ensure everyone gets a chance to lead and contribute.

If you're a business owner or aspiring entrepreneur, consider exploring EOS and the book "Traction." It has completely transformed the way we operate as an organization.
