1 cup lentils (8oz | 200g)
4 medium potatoes (1.5lb | 700kg)
Salt


1oz | 30g dairy-free butter
2tbsp flour
1 chopped onion
3 minced garlic cloves
2 medium Chives
2 cups water
100g carrots
400g baby button mushrooms (14oz)

💥Boil on low heat until the carrots are tender💥
