This is the PC VR Mod for Doom 3 BFG Edition made by KozGit, and updated by NPi2Loup. This mod is called the Fully Possessed Mod. It's free to download but I believe you can send donations to both of them, which I plan to do. You need to have Doom 3 BFG Edition specifically, this does not work for the original Doom 3. You can use this mod even if you buy it from a platform other than Steam. I got this for $3.99 on sale on GoG and am able to still play this through Steam VR. This is a full on VR Mod, so pretty much plays just like a game built to be VR, even though it's originally a game from 2004, and re-released in 2014 as the BFG Edition.
