5 Jumbo Chicken Drumsticks
1 Lemongrass Stalk
4 Garlic Cloves
6 Kaffir Lime Leaves
1 bunch of Thai Basil
1 bunch of Saw Tooth Herb
1 Scallion
2 Liters of Water
5 TBSP of Fish Sauce
2 TBSP of Sugar
2 TBSP of Salt
1 TBSP of Tamarind Soup Mix - add a dash more if you want it more tangy!
