​Media headlines are causing concern with Sky News reporting bigger-than-expected fall in house prices. However, they report on the national picture and locally it is still different.

At JDG we like to report on what is happening locally, what is selling, where it selling and in what price ranges.

In this ​month's report we look at how the housing market has slowed, the choice that buyers now have and what has really happened with property prices. Sales activity may have dropped, but it's not all doom and gloom.
