Thank you for reviewing our year-end firm update. Ocean Tomo professionals and staff from around the country met last week for a casual, but focused, discussion of our plans and expectations for 2011.

Over the past quarter century, IP business activity generally and patent litigation specifically have generally been recession proof or even counter cyclical. Although the most recent recession has been declared officially over, it is now clear that IP is today closely integrated with the economy overall as the market for intangibles and related enforcement first suffered and then rebounded during this past economic cycle.

Throughout 2010, Ocean Tomo has continued to refine our service offerings, reflecting our view of the opportunity for IP financial services in light of larger macroeconomic conditions.

We believe such refinements provide for a higher order integration of our products and services for the benefit of our clients across Ocean Tomo's five client-focused business corridors: Expert Services, Research, Investments, Risk Management and Transactions.

Administratively, 2010 was also a busy and productive year. Most notably, Jake Geleerd joined Ocean Tomo as President and Chief Operating Officer. With significant financial service and public company experience, Jake has gone to work to drive the firm's revenue growth. His efforts began by expanding our sales team including new client relationship management on the West Coast, as well as dedicated sales efforts for select practices, all under the direction of Molly Keelan.
