In the morning, Ái Mí went to the garden to harvest taro to bring to the market for sale. After finishing her work at the market, she returned home and saw her father and brothers catching sturgeon to sell to traders. Without hesitation, Ái Mí rolled up her sleeves and joined in to help the family catch fish.

Once the work was done, the whole family gathered together to prepare a meal to celebrate their hard-earned efforts. Notably, Ái Mí’s father invited an engineer—who had significantly helped the family in raising sturgeon—to join them for the meal.

It was a hard-working but joyful and warm day for Ái Mí’s family. The presence of the engineer added to the cozy and heartfelt atmosphere in their mountainous home. Let’s join in to witness these meaningful moments!
