Something to cut PVC with
Something to cut everything else

And there you have it, the minimum effort to make a semi-permanent dart catcher/net with. Yes, it could be much nicer and use a bunch of EVA foam (and I'm going to upgrade it so), but I wanted to make this as easy as possible because a lot of you don't need to go overboard to keep the darts off your floor. The only upgrade from here I'd recommended is cutting the bottom of the bag open and putting the bag so it dumps darts into a bucket to make gathering them easier.
