Sometimes life gets crazy… we travel, we move homes, we work crazy hours… or kids have meltdowns and need a quick lunch ASAP while out doing errands. Eating out and Fast Food happens! Just because we are on a #weightlossjourney doesn’t mean life things don’t get in the way… but we can figure out how to make better choices for the times we do eat out.

Today I’m sharing some of my favorite WW Fast Food options, and doing a FULL DAY OF EATING OUT… that’s right… Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner! My husband and I are both on the WW BLUE PLAN. Since we were moving and had no food in the house, it was the perfect opportunity to try out this challenge!
