The 25-year-old, who’s already a Cheltenham Festival winner, walked us through exactly what goes into running a top National Hunt yard – from race planning in the morning to how he spends his evening downtime.


The former Champion Conditional Jockey also provided some fascinating insight into the diet of a race rider, plus much more.
