Jacobs celebrates 50 years in Ireland

As we celebrate our 50th anniversary in the Emerald Isle, we are proud to officially open our new state-of-the-art office in Sandyford, Dublin, alongside clients, partners and employees.

And today, we’re furthering our investment in the country with 100 new jobs to advance our position as the number one provider of end-to-end services to the critical Life Sciences and semiconductor sectors in Ireland and to support the development of critical national infrastructure.

When our story in Ireland began in 1974 with the IDA Ireland’s support, the Irish economy was accompanied by the first wave of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI). Since then, we’ve played a major role in the development of Ireland as a center of excellence for complex advanced manufacturing and delivered more than $54 billion (€50 billion) worth of vital infrastructure projects for clients in Ireland.
