Hi everyone :)

I finally had some time to film a quick video. I know it has been a while, but I have been super busy with school, work and my personal life.

100 Happy Days is something new that I am participating in and I am really enjoying it so far. I have noticed that there are a lot of positive things that happen throughout my day that I wouldn't normally pay attention to but now I do. 100 Happy Days is a great way to find the things in your life that make you happy and allow you to express and share that with others in a healthy way. All you have to do is sign up on their website and #100HappyDays each day on Instagram or Twitter with an image of what makes you happy that day, your own hashtag and a little description. You can also email your images to them, if that's what you would prefer. If you have completed 100 successfully, they say that you will receive a book with all the 100 things that made you happy.
