Today on @irelandamvmtv I showed the gang how to snack on Magnolia petals.

🪷These gorgeous flowers are fully edible and taste a little gingery-cardamomy, they are a meaty petal so there's a good bite to them.

Check out the clip where I show you how to make Magnolia Pickle, a great side dish for burgers, salads and sushi. 🍣

I also gave @alanhughestv and @tommybowe a taste of grated frozen Magnolia, which really brings out the flavours and can be added to porridge, yohurt and even stir fries.

Plus, when made as a tea, can be used as a great tea for those suffering with mouth ulcers and gingivitis.

A lot more to these pretty petals than meets the eye.
