How to make Honey Almond Bread that melts in your mouth.

Here's what you'll need:
Topping:
1/2 cup unsalted butter (110g)
1/3 cup sugar (65g)
1/4 cup honey (55g)
1/2 cup cream
1 and 1/2 cup almond sliver (165g)
Dough:
3/4 cup milk (190ml)
1 large egg
1/3 cup sugar
2 tsp instant yeast (6g)
1/2 cup yogurt (125g)
4 cups all purpose flour (500g)
1 & ½ tsp salt (7g)
1/2 cup unsalted butter (110g)

1. For the topping: In a saucepan over medium heat, mix together butter , sugar and honey. Bring to a boil then add cream. Boil for 1 minute. Then remove from heat and add almond sliver. Mix then set aside to cool down.
2. For the dough: In a stand mixer bowl, add milk, egg, sugar, instant yeast, yogurt and flour. Using dough hook attachment, set at spped 2 for three minutes. Then add salt and butter. Mix for another 3 minutes or until dough is smooth.
3. Smooth dough into a ball. Place in an oiled bowl. Cover for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
4. Punch the air out. Transfer to a floured counter. Divide into 10 equal portion. Smooth into a ball. Cover and bench rest for 15 minutes.
5. Roll out and flatten dough as shown in the video. Roll tightly, pinch ends to seal.
6. Place in a greased 9x12 baking dish and lined with parchment paper. Cover for 30 minutes. Preheat oven at 170C/340F for 15 minutes.
7. Spread the prepared topping evenly on top of proofed bread. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden.
