What is the difference in Coaching vs Therapy? Which one you need?

The 1st difference between coaching and therapy, is that therapy is a licensed activity that can treat mental diagnosis to return to health, whereas coaching can take you from health to happiness and success. Therapy is used for a clinical need. Coaching is to help someone become or achieve.

Remember, your therapist or your coach is working for you, not the other way around. You may fire them at will if they do not help you move forward.
