Understanding the difference between lucid dreaming and Astral projection is also helpful as it's very relatable to understanding the difference between objective clairvoyance and fantasy. For example, when you find yourself in a dream, and then "snap out of the dream", the dream will dissolve -- leaving you in a more objective reality; the Astral plane.
