On Thursday May 22nd right behind the Island Chief was a Western Towboat CO Tugboat called Pacific head through the Boat Locks. After these boats went through the Locks I went to over to Fishermen's Terminal to check out he boats. After I had been to Fishermen's Terminal I went back to the Boat Locks and I saw the Western Towboat CO Pacific pushing a small barge or boat out to Puget Sound.
