ATS How to Make a Changeable Colour Paint Job in ATS or ETS

In this tutorial I'll show you just how easy it is to make a changeable colour paintjob using Paint.Net and Mod Studio 2. I'll also show you how to lock a colour set into your skin mod so that when it shows up in the Paint Shop, it is not the default pure white, red, green and blue but rather a paint scheme of your choice. The skin is still paintable but the initial skin isn't as jarring.
