We got a little nostalgic for this week's No Holds Bard. Josh Browner and Amelia Ampuero revisit the little diddy that closed Bard Crawl: Romeo and Juliet this week because the truth is, we miss the crap outta that show, performing live, and you. We hope this week's video warms your little hearts like it did ours.

In this time of isolation, Duke City Repertory Theatre asked ourselves two questions: How do we continue creating art? How do we create art that keeps our audiences engaged and entertained? NO HOLD BARD is our answer! A collection of short videos inspired by the works of William Shakespeare that would make the Bard himself blush or roll his eyes or pee his pants laughing.

We put out the call to theatre friends all over the country to join us in creating some Shakespeare content for our audiences with one condition: No straightforward scenes or monologues. Anything else goes! The results are everything you've come to expect from Duke City Rep: hilarious, imaginative, and unexpected!
