В этом видео нам хотелось совместить волшебство мелодии «Shine on..» с магическим звучанием индийских инструментов. В процессе работы мы обнаружили удивительное совпадение с рагой Bhimpalasi и порой казалось, что «Shine on..» создана для ситара. Мелодизм Гилмора потрясает и сравним с выдающимися произведениями 20-го века. Это лишний раз доказывает актуальность Pink Floyd сегодня.

In this video we wanted to combine the magic of the “Shine on…” melody with the enchanting sound of Indian instruments. During our work we discovered a fascinating similarity with the raga Bhimpalasi, to the degree that at times it seemed as if “Shine on…” was written for the sitar. Gilmour’s melodicism astounds and can be likened to the most prominent 20th century musical pieces. This proves yet again Pink Floyd’s relevance today.
