As per Quran, Allah clearly describes the principle that he has set for creation. The same principle human should follow when we do some creation. Creation doesnt mean bringing things from non existance to existance. It means changing of proportion of different species to create something new.

The universe and Human (the key part of this whole scheme) are not created for by chance without any purpose. Allah creates everything for a larger purpose, the vision of the specie is set at his Al-Amar state, where he first plans the complete roadmap of that scheme or specie or product. In this state that scheme or product does not exist. His master plan and the larger vision of that scheme is divided into milestones and he starts creation from the lowest point of that scheme.

And then that scheme or specie starts progressing upwards towards its vision and step by step by meeting its milestones that scheme one day reach to its final destination. For human understanding since we live under the solar system this completion of reaching milestones and final destination will be counted in thousands of year.

This is the principle of GOD that he follows while creates things, he doesn't create anything without any vision or master plan. Everything in the universe including galaxies, specie, schemes, living or non living creatures do have a purpose for their existence.

In this roadmap for each specie there are hurdles and barriers that each specie will encounter, and only those who will have capability to overcome and defeat them will go into the next level. Rest will either be idle or vanish.

This is the law of creation of GOD.
