Currently Indian silk reeling industry is facing huge labour problem due to Pathetic, Harmful, Injurious and unsafe working labour practices by putting HAND/FINGERS into hot boiling water. Due to these unhealthy conditions, the labour is facing continuous health problems along with low income.
Our MOTTO is to make Indian Continent to become self-sufficient in Raw Silk Production through indigenously developed SARM- Semi Automatic Silk Reeling Machines. This is because of the usage of the low-end machinery of various types, operated manually to extract the raw silk.
To address this issue ASIPL adopted low-cost Automatic silk reeling technology with less human and physical involvement, making the machine viable and affordable to both factory owners and workers. ASIPL is currently developing SARM machines to support the huge demand for low-cost Automated Silk Reeling Machinery and looking forward to support silk industry owners by offering the machinery at affordable cost and to benefit the laborers and workers to work in good and healthy working environment.
