Shakespears Sister 1989_Sacred Heart

Have just talked to Marcy about this video. It was shot back in the 80's in LA and the desert around LA. The first scene with Marcy was shot in the Hotel called Franklin Towers which is no longer there. It is an apartment block now. Intersting, huh?
Shakespears Sister / The material for Shakespears debut album was written and recorded all over the world. "Break My Heart" and "Heaven" were recorded in LA. "Run Silent" and "Heroin" were written in London. That's where in the spring of 1988, in a small room at the back of Dave Stewart's "Church Studio" in Crouch End, Marcy and Siobhan wrote "Sacred Heart", the song that gave a title to Shakespears first record.
