Hi Zwinksters!

I'll be the first to officially say it: Yowza. Yesterday, dizzy with excitement to share it with you, we began to roll out Zwinky's new interface on a handful of our servers.

What puts the "ow" in "yowza?" Alas, a mega technical glitch! As we attempted to transition from the familiar version of Zwinky to our new one, things went a shade wonky.

So first and foremost: we apologize for any interruption to your Zwinky experience caused by the glitch. After all, Zwinktopia is your world, and we strive to make it as awesome for you as it can be. We've restored the older version of Zwinky while we work on the bugs.

Many of you used the Feedback tab to tell us about your experience, and we're already at work tackling your suggestions. Constructive comments are always welcome, and we take your thoughtful suggestions to heart.

I know some of you aren't convinced you heart the new interface. But please know that we've spent a lot of time considering the best way to make Zwinky as great as it can be. The new interface is a necessary step that allows us to bring you the Zwinktastic features you've asked for over the years. It's been built with the utmost love, thought and care.

Change can be challenging, and growing up a little awkward (just ask the geeky, brace-faced puberty version of Ms. Adventure from back in the day...shudder). But this stage of Zwinky's evolution, technical glitches and all, is a major step in having us evolve into a super swan of a virtual world. And quite frankly, once you get used to it, our new interface is pretty sweet!

The Zwinky Team is working around the clock and soon the new interface will be back and fully functional. Thanks so much for your patience and understanding if a bug or two pops up along the way. And as always, we invite you to stay in touch with us about what's going on in your world, so we can best serve you.
