How To Be An Effective Coach (The Secrets Revealed)

In this video I talk about how to be an effective coach. For me, that is about making sure that we are coaching the person and not the problem. It's about going underneath the problem and unwrapping what's going on for that person. We need to be holding space for the whole person and helping them to understand the wider context of what they are bringing so that we can go deeper and help them to see who they are. All of coaching is about the person regardless of what type of coach you are.
