We've been fighting mother nature to get all the things that go in the basement under the slab. We've had nearly 8" of rain since we poured the walls and started in on the basement floor. Our soil is a mix of clay and sand so some areas drain like a sieve and others stay pooled up for days.

The items that go under the slab are:

Water lines from the well to the pressure tank.
Floor drains to daylight
Rain water collection pipe to connect front and rear collection tanks
Radon mitigation (rock and pipe)
Fill sand and rock to raise the final grade
3/4" rock to level for insulation
6mm poly sheeting for radon mitigation
2" foam board insulation
1/2" PEX for radiant heat
Main sanitary sewer line out under the footer to where the septic tanks will be.
Bathroom rough plumbing
#3 rebar for the 4" slab.

We've also been fighting a very minor leak somewhere in the roughed in main sewer line, but today's downpour happened to leave a puddle that appears to have revealed the leak. We re glued the joint and will repeat the pressure test tomorrow. Fingers crossed.
