**Black Clover’s war for humanity reaches an intense turning point in Chapters 381–383 as both Yuno and Asta inch closer to the decisive clash with Lucius.

In Chapter 381, Lucius grows uneasy over Yuno’s increasing strength, using multiple magic types to try and break him down. Yuno answers with Anti Magic and the Demon-Dweller Sword, wounding Lucius and declaring he’ll kill him before his magic fades. Meanwhile, Noelle is saved by Mereoleona from Acier, and Asta, badly injured, is healed by Mimosa—only after wounded allies insist she focus on him. Just as Moris moves in to kill Asta, Mars and Diamond Kingdom mages arrive to protect him.

Chapter 382 brings the Diamond Kingdom’s full commitment, as Mars, Fanzell, Ladros, and Feremena turn on Moris, their former tormentor, proving they’ve grown without his modifications. Across the battlefield, Guardian Angels threaten the people, but the Magic Tools Research Lab, Sally, Valtos, Rades, and even Patolli’s Third Eye arrive to counter them. The tide begins to turn as Asta’s influence unites former enemies in a common cause.

In Chapter 383, Yuno pressures Lucius even further, pointing out his fear of Asta and the allies Asta has inspired. As Lucius tries to target the still-healing Asta, Kirsch, Langris, and Leopold fight to protect him while urging him to rise. With Mimosa nearly out of magic, Finral brings Charmy, whose food restores Mimosa’s strength to fully heal Asta. Rejuvenated, Asta obliterates an angel and locks his eyes on Lucius, declaring he’s coming for him—setting the stage for the final showdown.
