Cheese Stuffed Calamari - Grilled Squid Recipe

Grilled calamari (squid) with spicy goat cheese stuffing
Fresh and marinated calamari filled with cheese and it's so tender and perfect with the cheesy spicy filling inside. A taste from the Mediterranean I'm missing so much and finally I made it at home.

The squid tubes are stuffed with chopped tentacles, spices and delicious goat cheese and seared & grilled on cast iron skillet.

Ingredients:
500 g squid (with tentacles)
Baking soda, 1tsp
Sea salt, 1 tsp
Sugar, 1 tsp
Milk, 1 cup
100 g fresh goat cheese
Chili flakes, 1tsp
Paprika powder, 2tsp
Olive oil, 2 tbsp
Garlic, 1 clove
Parsley, 1/2 cup
Lemon slices to garnish
