To end the day, I’ll cozy up with a painting session – a heartwarming escape into the wonders of winter. ✿ RECIPE ✿
Vegan Chocolate Cookies
110 g vegan butter
1 tsp or 5 ml vanilla extract
60 ml warm water
250g flour (I use spelt flour)
1 tsp or 3 g baking powder
40 g cocoa powder
120 g vegan chocolate

Please note, that I didn't put any sugar, as the chocolate was sweet enough (for me).
Optional: add 75 g sugar or date syrup
Bake at 180C for ca. 20 Minutes.
