2012 KIA FORTE EX "Starter Removal" Watch This First!!

Local Customer couldn't start their car and was stranded in the Goodwill store. He found my information on Google Maps and called me asking why his car isn't starting. I arranged a meeting and did some troubleshooting. found out the Starter was frozen so I pulled it out and took it to Autozone. New Starter was pricey at almost $200.00 but we needed it on demand. If you want to save money and order on Amazon I have a link to the exact Starter you need. After installing, the car still wasn't turning over, so I checked the relay, and it was still good. The next thing we're replacing is the crankshaft position sensor. that should get it started again. Otherwise I have no idea what it could be. I've hooked up my diagnostic tool to the ecu, and no codes are coming up either so we're just chasing one part at a time. I'm confident it's the crankshaft position sensor.
