Welcome to the Maldives series Part 3 video and is based on my Day Excursion in which we did Snorkeling, Sand Bank Visit and Dolphin Watching(Spotting).Maldives is the best place for snorkeling in the world. Maldives is gifted with crystal clear water all around it and Snorkeling in Maldives is definitely a must do activity.

You can enjoy a number of water sports and other activities in Maldives and one of them is Snorkeling. There are a lot of packages out of which you can opt for and we opted for 2 point snorkeling experiences in the amazing archipelago of the Maldives which is included in our travel package. In this activity, we were taken to 2 different points for snorkeling where we could swim along with a variety of fishes and turtles. Also, on the way we had a chance to spot a lot of Dolphins. We were also taken to a Sand Bank where our Barbeque lunch was served.

We snorkeled with Turtles, Manta Rays, Stingrays, Whale Sharks, Nurse Sharks, Dolphins and much more.

What all was included in the Package?
Snorkeling, Sand Bank, Veg/Non Veg Lunch, Soft Drinks, Dolphin Watching and To & Fro boat Transfers.

What was the cost of the Package?
It costed us $75 (For 2 Adults).Depending upon the size of your group, you could get a good discount.

What is Snorkeling?
Snorkeling is the practice of swimming on or through a body of water while equipped with a diving mask, a shaped breathing tube called a snorkel, and usually swim fins. In cooler waters, a wetsuit may also be worn. Use of this equipment allows the snorkeler to observe underwater attractions for extended periods with relatively little effort and to breathe while face-down at the surface.
