ゴーヤの佃煮
材料
ゴーヤ
出汁の素
みりん
料理酒
砂糖
醤油
胡麻油
シーチキン
作り方
ゴーヤを種とワタをとり、薄く切り、ごま油で炒めます。手鍋に水を入れ、だしの素、みりん、醤油、料理酒、砂糖で味付けしたものをゴーヤに加えさらに炒め、シーチキンも加えて炒めます。
