Ceasar Dressing
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 tsp 1-2 cloves Garlic
1/2 cup Parmigiano-Reggiano
1 tsp 7g Anchovie paste
1 tsp 5g Red wine vinegar
2 tbsp 25g lemon juice
1 tsp 7g Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
50g Milk
Caesar Dressing yield 330g
