I Made a Short Film in 24 Hours to Cure My Perfectionism

I’ve always overthought my work. Spent weeks tweaking, second-guessing, and waiting for the "perfect" moment. But perfection kills momentum—so I gave myself just one day to make something real.

This is the short film I made in 24 hours to confront my perfectionism head-on. Inspired by the raw, cinematic styles of Gawx, Casey Neistat, SleepyCharlie, and newer YouTubers like Life of Riza, I focused on execution over expectation.

I wrote the concept that morning, filmed everything solo with a handheld camera setup, and edited it overnight. No overplanning. No reshoots. Just instinct, story, and the will to finish.

📍 Location: all local — no travel, just perspective shift
