The 2S38 Is Absolutely Broken

I didn't think the new War Thunder update "Fire and Ice" would cause much trouble. Sure, most of the new Finnish tanks are copy-paste, but the devs didn't appear to be adding any vehicles that were overtly broken or overpowered. That was until they announced the premium 2S38 light tank just a day before the patch dropped. They likely did this because they knew it would receive a lot of backlash. The 2S38 is actually a SPAA vehicle that hasn't entered service yet, but Gaijin is calling it a light tank so they can sell it as a premium. The 2S38 is arguably on par with or better than the HSTV-L and OTOMATIC which both sit at a battle rating of 10.7 in ground realistic battles. The 2S38 sits at 9.7. Not only does it get powerful APFSDS, but it also gets APHE, proxy, 3rd gen thermals, and IRST.
