This Japanese Shibaden TV set is developed for use in the bedroom.
It has an alarm clock, controlling the TV., this way you can wake up with your favorite morning show.

A single vacuum tube is still used in the HV-section.
The build quality is surprisingly high. Japanese engineers knew what they were doing in 1970.
