Andrea Tinianow creates opportunities at the nexus of law, business, and technology at the highest levels, both domestically and internationally. Andrea is the founding director of Global Delaware, the State’s first international business brand. She conceived the Delaware Blockchain Initiative, launched by then-Governor Markell, to spur blockchain innovation in the State, and she directs the Initiative. Andrea recently developed Connector Street, a fun, new app to make connections – social, romantic or business – quickly, easily and securely, and she serves as its Connector in Chief.
