Caius Ballad: Consumed By Despair (Final Fantasy XIII-2 Character Analysis)

Hey everyone, Wandering Bard here! It feels very weird not to say those words in the intro, but I'm proud of this video nonetheless. I did get super lucky in some points with how the audio and visuals synced up, but one does not look a gift chocobo in the mouth lol. I also had to upload a few versions of this and trim/adjust things a bit to avoid copyright claims (something that's been on my mind since I started doing FFXVI videos) so if you notice I cut away from scenes at times, that's why. I did my best to make sure it didn't affect the quality.

I really hope you all enjoy this video; it's long overdue. I had to balance treating Caius like a villain (which is the role he fills) and that his actions were reprehensible while keeping in mind the person underneath, who was a good man consumed by despair and hopeless longing. I hope I did OK balancing that out in the script. Lmk your thoughts on Caius in the comment section!
