It’s Day #4 of Summerfit SWEAT! In this workout we will alternate between some blocks of cardio kickboxing and some blocks of barre so we'll get cardio, toning and sculpting and you will be sweating the entire time. Don't worry, I'm going to give you lots of options so of course to work to your level and be where you are today. You don't need any equipment for this workout, just a little bit of space to move.
