Baking kulchas makes them tender and simple to prepare. In this article, I'll explain how to prepare baked kulcha. Popular north Indian flatbread known as kulcha is typically served with chole or matar. Our baked kulchas will be made in the oven with yeast. Our Kulcha bread will become more spongy with the aid of yeast.

Ingredients to make Baked Kulcha
Warm Water - 3/4 cup
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Yeast - 1 tsp
Wheat Flour - 2 cups
Salt - 1 tsp
Oil - 1 tbsp

Method to make Baked Wheat Kulcha
1. Proof the yeast with warm water and sugar.
2. Add flour, salt, oil and knead the dough till it becomes soft.
3. Rest it for 1 hour or till it becomes double the size.
4. Take the dough out to the counter top and roll it.
5. Cut out round shapes for kulcha and again rest it for 30 minutes.
6. When it slightly puffs up apply some melted butter and some black sesame seeds.
7. Bake it at the highest temperature i.e 230 degree celcius for 8 to 10 minutes.
8.Serve it with Channa Masala or Chicken Curry.
